§ 1 General Information on the Collection of Personal Data

(1) In the following, we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data refers to all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes your name, date of birth, vehicle registration number, as well as your address, email address, telephone number, account details, and user behavior.

(2) The 'controller' according to Art. 4 para. 7 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is GREEN-M INTERFACE DESIGN GmbH, Burkarderstr. 36, 97082 Würzburg, Tel. +49 931 73 044-626, hereinafter referred to as 'we' or 'us'. (see our Imprint)

(3) If you contact us via email, we will only store the data provided (specifically email address, possibly name and phone number) for the purpose of answering your inquiry.
When storage is no longer necessary, we will delete the data. In cases where we are legally obliged to retain data, we will restrict processing to the extent required to fulfill these legal obligations.


§ 2 Cookies

(1) Cookies are small text files that are sent when visiting a website and stored in the user's browser. If the corresponding website is accessed again, the user's browser sends the content of the cookies back, thus enabling the user to be recognized. Certain cookies are automatically deleted after the browser session ends (so-called session cookies), while others are stored in the user's browser for a predetermined period or permanently and then delete themselves (so-called temporary or permanent cookies).

(2) Certain cookies are necessary for us to securely provide our online services. This category includes, for example, session cookies used for the identification or authentication of our users.

(3) We do NOT use analytics cookies on this website.



§ 3 Log Files

(1) Each time you use our website, certain information is automatically transmitted by your internet browser to our web server (Profihost AG, located in Hanover, Germany) and stored by us in log files. The following information is stored in the log files for 21 days (the legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR):

  • Anonymized IP address (the last two digits of the IP address are not stored) of the device accessing green-m.de
  • Name of the service provider through which access to the online service is made 
  • Name of the files or information retrieved 
  • Date and time of the request 
  • Operating system and information regarding the internet browser used, including installed add-ons
  • HTTP status code
  • (2) Log files are stored by us exclusively for the purpose of identifying malfunctions and for security reasons (e.g., to investigate attempted attacks) for a period of 21 days, after which they are deleted. Log files whose continued retention is necessary for evidentiary purposes are exempt from deletion until the final clarification of the respective incident and may be disclosed to investigative authorities on a case-by-case basis.



§ 4 Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

(1) As a general principle, your personal data will not be disclosed by us to third parties. However, data may be transmitted to third parties if we are legally obligated to do so by statutory provisions or by enforceable administrative or judicial order.



§ 5 External Services

(1) We do NOT use any analytics services such as Google Analytics, Matomo (formerly Piwik), or similar on this website.

(2) We do NOT use any social media plugins such as Facebook or the “AddThis” button on this website.

(3) Webfont  (Fast.Fonts.Net or Fonts.com)

This site utilizes web fonts, provided by Monotype GmbH ( fonts.com or fast.fonts.net), for the consistent display of typefaces. When accessing a page, your browser loads the necessary web fonts into its cache to ensure proper rendering of text and fonts.

For this purpose, your browser must establish a connection with the servers of fonts.com. This action informs fonts.com that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Fonts.com Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offerings. This constitutes a legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font from your computer will be used.

(4) Content Delivery Network (Cloudflare)
(a) To provide our services (specifically: online presences), we utilize Content Delivery Networks, particularly Cloudflare, for the rapid, secure, and stable delivery of our online presences. Cloudflare is a company headquartered in the USA (Cloudflare Inc. 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107), which is considered a third country under the GDPR. Corresponding contractual data protection agreements have been concluded with the provider. (b) Cloudflare distributes our web content to visitors (data subjects) of our online presences via globally networked data centers, processing content data, usage data (visited websites, interests), as well as communication and metadata (IP addresses, device information, MAC address, access times, and log files).
(c) The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, representing the legitimate interest of GREEN-M INTERFACE DESIGN GmbH for the aforementioned purposes.
(d) Personal data is regularly deleted automatically if it is no longer required for the aforementioned purposes and no legal or contractual retention obligations exist.

(5) Captcha Code in Forms (hCaptcha)

To secure the contact form against unwanted, automated messages, we utilize the hCaptcha service provided by Intuition Machines, Inc. Upon clicking the “I am human” button, your IP address is transmitted to hCaptcha. The service is offered by Intuition Machines, Inc., 350 Alabama St, #10, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA. The hCaptcha privacy policy can be found at https://www.hcaptcha.com/privacy.

The use of hCaptcha is implemented to enhance security against spam. This constitutes a legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. 





§ 6 Overview of Your Rights

(1) With regard to your personal data, you have the following rights concerning us:

Section 7 Data Protection for Applicants

When processing personal data, GREEN-M INTERFACE DESIGN GmbH adheres to the legal provisions for data protection and data security in Germany and Europe.

Purpose of Personal Data Processing

GREEN-M INTERFACE DESIGN GmbH requires your personal data to process your application. The personal data you submit to us during your application will be used solely for applicant selection and processed internally. The legal basis for our processing of personal data is Article 6, Paragraph 1, Letter f of the GDPR.

Data Deletion

We store your personal data and documents collected during the application process for a maximum of 3 months.
Rejected applications will be deleted within 30 days.
