§ 1 General information on the collection of personal data

(1) In the following, we inform you about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes your name, date of birth, license plate number, as well as your address, e-mail address, telephone number, account data and user behavior.

(2) The "responsible party" pursuant to Article 4 (7) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (DS-GVO) is GREEN-M INTERFACE DESIGN GmbH, Burkarderstr. 36, 97082 Würzburg, Germany, Tel. +49 931 73 044-626, hereinafter "we" or "us". (see our imprint)

(3) If you contact us by e-mail, we use the data provided (especially e-mail address, name and telephone number) only for the purpose of answering your question.
If the storage is no longer necessary, we delete the data. In cases where we are legally obliged to store data, we restrict processing to the extent necessary to fulfill these legal obligations.

§ 2 Cookies

(1) Cookies are small text files that are sent when a website is visited and stored in the user's browser. If the corresponding website is called up again, the user's browser sends back the content of the cookies and thus enables recognition of the user. Certain cookies are automatically deleted at the end of the browser session (so-called session cookies), others are stored for a specified time or permanently in the user's browser and then delete themselves automatically (so-called temporary or permanent cookies).

(2) Certain cookies are necessary so that we can provide our online service securely. This category includes, for example, session cookies, which serve to identify or authenticate our users.

(3) We do NOT use analytics cookies on this website.

§ 3 Log files

(1) Each time you use our website, your internet browser automatically sends certain information to our web server (Profihost AG, Hanover location, Germany) and we store it in log files. The following information is stored in the log files for 21 days (legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DS-GVO.):

  • Anonymized (the last two digits of the IP address are not stored) IP address of the end device accessing
  • Name of the service provider used to access the online offer 
  • Name of the retrieved files or information 
  • Date and time of the request 
  • Operating system and information on the Internet browser used, including installed add-ons
  • http status code
  • (2) The log files are stored by us exclusively for the investigation of malfunctions and security reasons (e.g. for the clarification of attempted attacks) for 21 days and then deleted. Log files whose further storage is required for evidentiary purposes are exempt from deletion until the final clarification of the respective incident and may be passed on to investigating authorities in individual cases.

§ 4 Disclosure of data to third parties

(1) As a matter of principle, we do not pass on your personal data to third parties. However, data may be transferred to third parties if we are required to do so by law or by an enforceable official or court order.

§ 5 External services

(1) We do NOT use analytics services such as Google Analytics, Matomo (formerly Piwik) or others on this website.

(2) We do NOT use social media plugins such as Facebook or the "AddThis" button on this website.

This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Monotype GmbH ( or for the uniform display of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.

For this purpose, the browser you use must connect to the servers of This enables fonts .com to know that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. (4) Content Delivery Network (Cloudflare)
(a) To provide our services (here: online presences), we use so-called content delivery networks, in particular Cloudflare, for the purpose of fast, secure and stable provision of our online presences. Cloudflare is a company headquartered in the USA (Cloudflare Inc. 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107), a so-called third country in the sense of the GDPR. Corresponding contractual regulations on data protection have been concluded with the provider. (b) Cloudflare distributes our web content to the visitors (data subjects) of our online presences via globally networked data centers and processes content data, usage data (websites visited, interests) as well as communication and metadata (IP addresses, device information, MAC address, access times and log files).
(c) The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO, the legitimate interest of GREEN-M INTERFACE DESIGN GmbH for the aforementioned purposes.
(d) The deletion of personal data takes place automatically on a regular basis if it is no longer required for the aforementioned purposes and there are no legal or contractual obligations to retain it.

(5) Captcha code in forms (hCaptcha)

To protect the contact form from unsolicited automated messages, we use the service hCaptcha provided by Intuition Machines, Inc. As soon as you click on the "I am a human" button, your IP address is transmitted to hCaptcha. The service is offered by Intuition Machines, Inc, 350 Alabama St, #10, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA. The use of hCaptcha is in the interest of increased security against spam. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

§ 7 Data protection for applicants

When processing personal data, GREEN-M INTERFACE DESIGN GmbH complies with the legal provisions on data protection and data security in Germany and Europe.

The personal data that you provide to us in the course of your application will only be used and processed internally for the purpose of applicant selection.The legal basis on which we process the personal data is Art. 6 (1) lit. f of the DSGVO.
